Warranty

• Structural failure of frames, legs and internal supports under normal domestic use.
• Defective workmanship in joints, welds, seams and stitching.
• Faults in moving parts we supply, such as recliner mechanisms, drawer runners and hinges.
• Material defects present at the time of delivery.

• Normal wear and tear, including softening of cushion fill, and the gradual creasing and patina of leather and natural fabrics.
• Natural variation in wood grain, marble veining, leather markings and fabric weave — these are characteristics of the material, not faults.
• Fading or cracking caused by direct sunlight, heat sources, humidity or outdoor placement, unless the piece is sold for outdoor use.
• Damage from accidents, misuse, overloading, pets, or cleaning products and methods other than those we recommend.
• Damage caused during transport or assembly carried out by anyone other than our team.
• Alterations, repairs or re-upholstery performed by a third party.
• Commercial, rental or contract use, unless agreed in writing before purchase.

• Contact us at info@conceptual.ae or +971 52 730 0492 as soon as you notice the fault, quoting your order number.
• Send photographs showing the defect and the piece as a whole. This is usually enough for us to assess the claim without a visit.
• We may arrange an inspection at your address if the fault needs to be seen in person.
• Proof of purchase is required. The warranty is not transferable if the item is sold or given away.

Where a claim is accepted we will repair the piece, replace the affected part, or replace the item, at our discretion and at no cost to you. If none of these is reasonably possible we will offer a refund proportionate to the age and condition of the piece. Replacements are subject to availability; where a fabric or finish has been discontinued we will agree the closest alternative with you.

If you simply change your mind, that is covered by our Return & Exchange Policy, which runs for 3 days from delivery — not by this warranty.

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law and does not limit them.
