Shipping Policy
Delivery Process
Once an order is placed and the invoice is generated, a customer service agent will contact the customer to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
Standard delivery will be completed within 5 working days after the order is placed.
Orders placed during non-working hours (7pm-9am), after the daily cut-off time of 7pm (UAE time), or on a UAE public holiday will be processed on the following working day.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified and provided with the next available delivery slot.
Delivery Charges
Free Delivery:
- Within Dubai: Available on all orders.
- Across all other cities: Available on orders above AED 2,000.
Delivery Charges for Orders Below AED 2,000:
- Abu Dhabi: AED 150
- Sharjah: AED 150
- Ajman: AED 150
- All other cities: AED 200
Order Fulfilment & Cancellation
Conceptual Furnitures LLC reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, stock unavailability, production delays, damage to goods, logistics or shipping disruptions, customs restrictions, or force majeure events.
In such cases, customers will be notified, and where fulfilment is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued using the original method of payment.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Conceptual Furnitures LLC, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below:
Return and Exchange Window:
You may return or exchange a product within 3 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only online-purchased products are eligible for return; in-store purchases are non-returnable.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original box and packaging in which they were delivered.
- Products that have been used, altered, assembled, installed, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Conceptual Furnitures LLC reserves the right to refuse the return of any products that do not meet these eligibility criteria.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have exceeded 3 days since delivery.
- Products that are not in their original condition or have been opened or unsealed (unless necessary for inspection).
- Products without original packaging or labels.
- Products that have been used, damaged, assembled, or altered.
- Specific categories such as unwrapped bed linens, pillows, mattresses, sheets, comforters, duvet covers, memory foam products, towels, and bathrobes for hygiene reasons.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or show signs of wear and tear despite still being within the warranty period.
- Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at the showroom.

Once the product is received at our warehouse and accepted, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Refund Process:
- Refunds for purchases made using debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) will be issued on the same card used to make the payment after confirmation.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- A delivery fee will be charged for picking up the returned item and will be deducted from the refund amount.
